I moved here 4 1/2 years ago, and I can truthfully say I have never been happier. I love Watermere, the community, the staff, my apartment, and all the amenities they offer.
You can do as much as you want or as a little as you want. Always opportunities to join in on fun events That the staff plans for us. I love love love living here at Watermere and in TX!!

Since moving to Watermere on June 17, 2023! Claudia has been very helpful in some of the problems that we encounter moving in. She has always made time to talk to me, even though she has a very busy schedule.

We have been here nearly two years. It is a wonderful place to live. Claudia and her staff are very professional and do a fantastic job! Food is excellent and Chef and his crew do a great job. We will be here until God calls us to Heaven.

I’ve lived in Watermere at Woodland Lakes for over three and a half years. I love living here. The people are so friendly and there’s always things to do, whether it’s playing cards or swimming in the heated pool. There’s a great exercise room and also classes, plus a dance class and a craft class. There’s three meals a day, if you desire, or you may cook in your room. We have movies three nights a week and also church is available on Sunday mornings. We have happy hour every Wednesday evening and a special celebration at Happy Hour on the last Wednesday.
Come see us. You’ll love it!

Wonderful place to live, people are nice and welcoming. Loads of activities to never be bored. Was so surprised by how wonderful the food is in the restaurant. Friendly staff and waiters waitresses.

I have lived at The Reserve since Jan, 2023. Recently, I wanted to move to a different size apartment. I had gone to the office to ask something, and was asked, "is there is anything else"...I said no, very slowly and my brain starting saying, "what about the apartment change?" In a little while, she asked me again? I said Yes, and explained my situation. Two agents started helping me right away, finding what I was looking for, and showing me the model, then showing me the available unit!! I immediately knew that was what I wanted...it all fell into place, just that!I am very excited and happy and thankful!!!

I very carelessly dropped my complete set of keys, with car fob, down our elevator shaft from the 3rd floor all the way to the elevator well at the bottom.
The maintenance crew led by Mainenance Director Cedric Alexander went 'above and beyond' to rescue the keys AND fob which was an excellent job and in line with the skill that Cedric and his crew do without much thanks.
