I don’t know If I can adequately express how wonderful Watermere at Frisco is for independent living. The facility looks like a Ritz Carlton when you enter. The apartments are well appointed, roomy and have lovely views with the great location. My mom loves all the friendly residents and there are so many fantastic activities that there is never a day without something great to stay active both mentally and physically. I have never seen a facility as caring and well run from top to bottom. It is truly a 5 star living arrangement. We are very reluctantly moving my mom to assisted living after 7 beautiful years at Watermere. Someone will be getting a gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment with a view of the fountain and courtyard…. We adored our time at Watermere!!

Watermere is a beautiful complex with very nice and helpful staff at all levels. My mom's apartment - a 2 bed, 2 bath - was very spacious and nicely laid out. She was on the ground floor with direct patio / garden access. The parking garage is secure. The spaces a bit tight but I'm a nervous parker anyway. I have not eaten there but I believe you can try the dining as part of the tour process. Trevor Shawber (ED) was particularly helpful upon my mom's passing.

What are Frisco is an outstanding upscale senior community with a warm hospitality-driven team! Polite, knowledgeable, staff and excellent leadership make a point to meet their new executive director Trevor. Stablier ---he exactly who this community needs!

My delicious dinner was temporarily interrupted. The server, Cooper, reheated my dinner so I could finish. The people at the table were interesting and friendly, the service was great, the decorations were lovely, and even better, the food was super!
Thanks Watermere for a beautiful Christmas dinner.

Many many thanks to Trevor for his prompt response to my concerns. I love my balcony but have been upset with it’s condition for quite some time.. Peeling paint on the floor is not only ugly but dangerous to walk on. The day after I expressed concern, Trevor, Jordan and crew came to my apartment and viewed my large balcony. Two days later my balcony had been power washed, peeling paint removed and fresh paint applied. It is lovely and I am very happy. What a great team of guys we have!

I’m a new resident at Watermere Frisco facility and delighted to tell you it’s been a great move-in experience! Have been personally accepted and very capably assisted by head office administrative, activities management, food and dining, and building support teams. They are an outstanding, well qualified, and enthusiastic group of professionals!

I moved my grandmother to Watermere Frisco last week. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful and accommodating. The Executive Director, Trevor Shawber, has constantly gone out of his way to create an amazing experience for us. My grandmother is very happy at Watermere Frisco, and that makes my heart full!

This is a warm and welcoming community that extends both to the people who live here as well as to the staff who support the organization. The layout of the property is initially quite confusing, but in about a week we got our bearings on where our touch points were. The environment has been kept meticulously, and the lawns nicely manicured. While this has been an exploratory visit for my wife and myself, Watermere Frisco is definitely a place where I would like to put down roots when the time comes.
