The entire facility is well-maintained and thoughtfully cared for by its staff. The maintenance team works around the clock to maintain this building which is greatly appreciated.The staff puts on fun, engaging events that make you feel the genuine care they have for the residents. I highly recommend this community to anyone considering joining.

If I tried,I can't find anything to complain about. I've lived at several places but, they did NOT have the quality management I've found here. That includes all departments.

I used the Physical therapy group here for 3 months to assist me in recovering from total knee replacement. Couldn't have recovered without their help. In addition the activity director is one of Watermere"s biggest assets. She should be awarded for putting together superior activities
Also the Chef here does a tremendous job preparing excellent food!!

Let me tell yall something I know it a hard decision to place your love ones on others care but if you had to this should be on your list. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of all the residents, the bldg is clean and so is the bathrooms as well. This place makes me want to retire at (38) lol and come live here. Great place if I could give 10 stars I would.

Watermere is an opulent facility that belies its reasonable rates. The residents I saw were either smiling or laughing and were obviously enjoying themselves. I watched the monitors and was impressed with the number and variety of the activities being offered. Despite the complex looking very upscale, I found the staff to be down-to-earth, friendly and helpful.

We went to visit with Debbie Niuemeyer and it was a great expierence. From the greeting to departure we were made to feel comfortable. Had a good tour of the facility and all is good.
