Our move-in was easy since the elevator is right outside our apartment. Every person we met greeted us, and the couple ‘assigned’ to us came to see us before the movers even finished. They continue to keep an eye on us to make sure we aren’t feeling lonely. Our home is gorgeous, and has quality appliances, and finishes inside our apartment. I just love it here and look forward to finishing unpacking so we can get immersed in this great community! Thanks so much! Cecilia B.

We had our first housekeeping today! I have to mention all the lovely ladies we met and worked with today: Brenda, Renata, and the young lady who actually cleaned my home, Precious. 5 stars for each lady for keeping the building spotless and for Precious’ hard work in my apartment. If you are looking for a home and are ages 55+ Watermere is the place to come! I love our new home!

If you are looking for the best option for 55 and up residence for independent lifestyles, you should go and check out Watermere at Farm wheel. The customer service there is outstanding. The best experience I have ever had thus far in my 59 years of life, Anna was my agent And personal contact. She has walked me through every step of the process offering any and everything to make this a seamless and great experience so if you’re considering a move to a property go check out this great property. It has everything you will need. I can’t wait thanks Anna and the staff at waterGarland

The best retirement community in Garland by far! My parents love it at Watermere - it's the happiest they have been in years. Their apartment is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. The activities director Breanna does an excellent job finding something for all interests. I can't recommend Watermere enough!

The activities director always has lots of events and games planned. The entire staff strives to create a neighborhood feeling. Staff is always friendly and eager to help with any issues

Nice place to live. So many conveniences, residence are nice and friendly. Plenty of activities to chose from, bean bag baseball tournaments, chair volleyball, exercise classes, art and crafts, cards, games, bingo for prizes. We will never starve having early Continental breakfasts, excellent daily choices on the menu for lunch. Much fun attending the parties and group gatherings weekly, usually with drinks and appetizers, sometimes includes professional entertainment. Staff is very organized, professional, extremely friendly, accommodating and kind. Yes, we are happy living here, seems to be the consensus of all I’ve talked with.
