Great home for those who still have a car and want to go out. They do not have full dinner service yet or any service for breakfast lunch or dinner on the weekends. So it's necessary to either have groceries to cook or just don't eat. The pool and whirlpool are awesome. The layout of the facility is very nice. Physical Therepy is available on site. Lots of scheduled workouts using the gym. The staff is very friendly. Our apartment overlooks the courtyard and I enjoy sitting out and playing my guitar on warm days. We are very pleased so far. Lots of activities if you want to participate.

Had a couple issues they were taken care of,. Enjoying the pool and hot tub and meeting people highly recommend.

I love my apartment. I love the easy access to the complex. I love the underground parking. I love the friendly people and the management is second to none including maintenance. I haven't seen a negative yet.

Debbie did an excellent job conducting our tour. We felt like we got a good introduction to Watermere. She was very organized and knowledgeable. Our immediate questions and concerns were addressed in an informative manner.
The facility is beautiful and looked very much like what we are looking for.

We have a good and experienced maintenance team. They are friendly and responsive which we appreciate.

Our Activities Director and her assistant are wonderful. They have quickly gotten to know the residences and I find them to be friendly and very helpful. They plan lots of fun activities and keep the enthusiasm high at the many events.

We are so happy living in Watermere. The staff is amazing and so supportive. Our activities are wonderful, great themes. We feel like we are on a cruise ship without the waves!!! This was the best decision for us.

We love living at Watermere McKinney . The staff is just amazing. You are not in need of things to do. There is always something going on. Our themed Friday Happy Hours are amazing. No holding back on keeping us happy. Every staff member is friendly and professional. The apartments are nicely put together with lots of closet space and storage.

I love living here at Watermere. The entire staff is amazing!!!! The Activities staff plans so many fun things to do. Thank you Sammy, Aleigh and Anna for everything you do. The flowers were beautiful yesterday and I’m looking forward to the Happy Hour Mardi Gras party later today!!
