At Integrated, our team members are specially trained to provide attentive, personalized assistance while also creating opportunities for residents to stay active and connected to their true selves.
Support within memory care communities includes assistance with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

We recognize that every individual’s journey with memory loss is different. Our neighborhoods are structured to meet those unique needs through two distinct levels of care:
- Basic Care – Designed for individuals experiencing early to moderate memory loss. Includes wellness checks, bathing assistance, dressing/grooming, laundry service, stand-by mobility assistance, continence care, and medication management.
- Extended Care – Our premium level of support, designed for individuals with more advanced Alzheimer’s or dementia. Includes bathing assistance, dressing and grooming support, advanced behavioral management throughout the day and night, ongoing wellness monitoring and health checks, direct mealtime support for specialized dietary needs, and medication management.
This tiered approach ensures that residents always have the right level of support, tailored to where they are in their journey.
