The most pleasant and exciting thing about visiting this property was meating Mirka again. She is the manager of this elegant property and was also the manager of another property we visited with her. She was most gracious and informative in taking us on a lovely tour around her property. She has the most effervescent personality we have ever encountered in a professional relationship. This gentlelady is very kind and actually concerned about her clients in showing her properties. We eventually settled on other property, mainly because of its location. We're moving to this area because we have a son and his family who live nearby.
I most wholeheartedly recommend you visit and take a tour of The Watercrest with Mirka and see why she is such a fabulous person and someone that cares so much about her clients.

We were met with Mecca at the appointed time. She was very respectful and caring. She was through in everything we needed to see and was fun to be with. You are very lucky to have her representing your facility. She certainly would be one of the contacts that we would consider should we decide to become a customer.

At Watercrest at Mansfield, we visited and had such a wonderful time with Mecca. We met the residents and toured the facility. It was very well kept and the atmosphere was really wonderful . What a great place to consider to live with all the vibrant residents and those that were very friendly to us. The staff and everyone was wonderful.

We met with Melody Matto who gv us a great tour of the property. Provided use with information to consider regarding the move for my parents. Mrs Motto ws both caring and professional.

My husband and I had been looking for an independent living facility to move our elderly parents closer to us. We visited Watercrest at Mansfield and were immediately impressed by the warmness and caring staff as we toured the facility. The staff seemed to know the name of every resident that we passed and took a moment to see how they were doing. We personally spoke with a number of the residents and they all told us how they loved living there and were grateful for the new friendships and community support they gained. The Executive Director, Brooke, has gone above and beyond to communicate with all of us in answering all of our questions or concerns. We are looking forward to getting our parents moved and settled at Watercrest, so they can relax and enjoy this stage of their lives. If you are looking for an independent living facility for you or your loved ones, I would highly recommend that you consider Watercrest.

I had a nice tour of the apartments area with Stephanie today. She was very informative and friendly and she understood my requirements very well. I absolutely loved the large outdoor covered heated pool!

Everyone at Watercrest was lovely. The residents and staff were all very friendly. Stephanie, the sales manager, worked hard to help us find an apartment that was a good fit. Her sales pitch didn’t make us feel pressured at all. On the contrary, we felt like she listened and gave us a lot of good advice. My mom is looking forward to moving in!
