With COVID-19 outbreak on the rise, Integrated Senior Lifestyles is taking extreme precautionary measures while following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We are abiding by their guidelines to contain the spread of the virus. Our top priority is ensuring the health and safety of our residents and associates. 

Prevention of spreading the virus is a primary focus at Integrated Senior Lifestyles. We are reinforcing our policies and procedures for contagious illness with all associates. We have an emergency response plan in place and should a confirmed case occur, we would continue to comply with the CDC and the local and state health authorities, following the guidelines of the CDC recommendations for confirmed cases in healthcare settings.

Precautions Being Taken

  • All dining venues will be closed no later than Wednesday, March 25th; current dining schedules that promote social distancing will remain in place until you are further notified.
  • Assisted Living residents needing dining assistance will be assessed for need and a plan implemented to meet those needs.  This may include small group dining practicing social distancing.
  • Assisted Living residents will be provided room service to the residents individual apartments.
  • All meal delivery charges will be waived during this time period.
  • Memory care and Extended Care will place residents six feet apart and schedule two meal times for each meal to promote social distancing.  Residents will be assisted with proper handwashing & hygiene.
  • To maximize the effectiveness of social distancing, we will cancel all group activities.
  • Residents MAY venture out of their apartments if they are not exhibiting signs of illness.
  • Community transportation to medically necessary appointments must be approved by management for all care levels.
  • All residents at all communities should remain in the community other than for medically necessary appointments.
  • Residents needing supplies should contact the concierge for assistance with online ordering if needed.  HEB, Wal-Mart, Amazon and many others deliver direct to the community so there is no need for outside shopping.  Your concierge can provide local resources.
