All of the staff at The Summit and The Reserve, specifically Breanna and Andrew have been incredibly helpful and accommodating to my 83yr old mother. The campus is very nice and my mother couldn't be happier!

I’ve recently been exploring senior living options with my parents. We have considered options all over and nothing quite compares to our experience at Watermere.

Their sales team member, Breanna, is passionate, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful.

Watermere offers the best value, is competitively priced and has the largest floor plans. Additionally, the company is vertically owned meaning they own the construction, management and operations team. A rarity from what I’ve seen.

I have been following the development of Watermere since the sign first went in the ground on University Blvd. Early on, my husband and I took a day trip to their Preserve location at N Richmond Hills to see the campus there. It was A+. I have enjoyed watching every phase being built here in Round Rock. Brianna, to me, is their absolute biggest asset. She is in tune with us seniors and what we want and need. Their entire team make us feel welcome each time we come see the progress. It's going to be an exciting place to live.

The Watermere does not open until the spring of 2025. The facility is represented by Breanna Moberg the Director of Marketing. We have almost daily contact with Breanna because we have not moved in yet due to construction and after my 77 years in public relations I can honestly attest to Breanna's professionalism and heartfelt desire to please potential residents. And lest we forget, after Watermere is 100% occupied she will remain as the Director and provide a transition from recruitment to continuing to attend to resident needs. She loves Round Rock, Texas and Watermere and it shows in her personality. Watermere's parent company has their own architectural and construction arm and are not encumbered by the influence of outside companies....they are the owner. Watermere uses quality construction materials. Watermere and Breanna have worked with us for the last two months and we can't offer enough praise. In a nutshell, trust your confidence in Watermere and it's friendly management staff because the way they operate is the way you want an operation to function for your family.
